Banks, financial institutions and speculators put us in this mess. They caused the great depression and this(the bush depression). They speculated on oil last year causing a huge spike which seerely hurt the economy at a CRITICAL Time.
The services they provided can easily be taken care of by alternatives. E.g Paypal. The post office offers notary services. Loans can be restricted to saving and loans or even the government. If Fannie and Freddie are restructured to not be a pseudo institution but full public facilities, it can work. We can allow VC to operate but they can be small and tightly regulated. Business loans can also be handled by the gov. SO we dont need banks. They are more trouble than they are worth AND they do not offer any REAL Services
All I am saying is their speculating and incompetence cost us this economy and most home loans need Fannie Mae aproval before they are funded.
GM Provides cars, Humana provides health but all Citit does is take my money, give out bad loans and then asks the government to TAKE MORE OF MY MONEY IN ORDER TO PAY ME BACK MY MONEY.

So my question from people with financial sense is WHY DO WE NEED BANKS?
Hey Wondering Soul? You never answered my question, so i will frame it differently. Is it possible to create, implement or change present and future institutions to do some services banks do? E.g Issue loans. manage Retirement accounts. Handle transactions.

Is it possible that local municipalities can issue loans, smaller private companies manage retirement and savings accts while we keep the present automated system that banks presently have. I have worked for a few banks and financial institutions so I am partially knowledgeable to the subject. I am just trying to get answers from a fellow professional

In short, and I DO NOT want DISSENTERS, I want ANSWERS, how do I reclaim the equity behind my name, and carry out the process of DEFAULT and CERTIFICATION OF DISHONOR with a NOTARY in order to discharge debts which are not in accord with House Joint Resolution 192, which states: "payment of debt" is now against Congressional and "public policy" and henceforth, "Every obligation . . . Shall be discharged."

How do I go about filing the DEFAULT, and obtaining a CERTIFICATION OF DISHONOR due to a CORPORATE ENTITY asking me to PAY a DEBT, which is not legal.

When they do not give me a LETTER OF RELEASE or a PAYMENT IN FULL notification, they are thus in DEFAULT, and I can thus file my CERTIFICATION OF DISHONOR (breach of contract: HJR-192) BUT, my QUESTION is THIS: How do I get this process started, and are there any things about the Uniform Commercial Code, or current legislation that would make this process null and void?

I would like to regain at least a portion of my equity in commercial goods, seeing as how it is me, and the rest of the population of the UNITED STATES, along with the Property of the STATES, which enabled the creation of Federal Reserve Notes (monetized debt) in the first place.

Any help would be appreciated. Though this is a touchy subject, and I know I’ll get dissenters, please, keep it brief if you have nothing good to say, and I would like all proof cited in any answers to be legal documents and correspondences along with any applicable bills, not just people’s opinions or hearsay.

A former landlord got so pleased with our responsibility on the payments and the care of the house that is offering me to buy the house from him at my own schedule. He will authorize the bank to deal with me (allowing me to ask questions and receive answers), I will pay directly to the bank and when I am ready I will buy the house without paying him anything (he just want to get "rid" of the house debt). Then I am kind of getting a house with 0 down. I do not qualify for a mortgage right now due to taxes debts that I am currently paying. How could I do a contract that protect my interests on this case. No attorneys wants to take the case (Orlando, Florida), they refer me to Public notary. What are your thoughts on this one?

ok i got my california tax course qualifying educations done all i need is the bond plus im a public notary i can either try getting a job at like h & r block or another tax place or go on my own im 18 turn 19 in april. unsure of what to do but wont heistate to go solo if need be.what should i do keep trying to get a job at a tax preperation company or go and do it alone. which if i do it alone i know exactly which customer groups i will target and attempt to win bussiness from. minorities which is the main thing my area is made up of.

I’m in a process to refinancing my house- in Texas. The problem is- my wife is going in Europe next week, and she will be there for the next 2-3 mounts.
During this time all the papers for the refinancing will be done, and both of us have to sign them. But she will be in Europe, so- she has to make me a “Power of attorney”. I have the form for this, and my question is- who have to register (or sign, or validity) this form- Public Notary, or something…
The notary- guys in the banks told me- they couldn’t sign “Power of attorneys”- didn’t understand why…
But at the bottom of my form I saw some field for Public Notary’s stamps…
Who has to sign this form?
And- I would appreciate if somebody can tell me an approximately price for this service…
